About the Role

Manage daily financial and operating activities of the accounting function

-Facilitate the review and approval of payments as per the authorisation matrix

-Lead, support branch manager ensure monthly reports (financial and management), audit schedules and other ad hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately

-Review and provide insightful analysis of financial statements to support management decision making

-Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting and cashflow reports

-Manage and facilitate all audits and compliance work

-Coordinate with local tax authorities and government agencies on tax and corporate related matters

-Involve and participate in other ad-hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirement

-Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification

-Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience including managing of full set accounts

Meticulous, -reliable and collaborative team player who can work independently under tight deadline with minimum supervision

-Ability to communicate professionally and actively manage all stakeholders

-Competency in Microsoft Office

-Fluent in English, Indonesia Bahasa and (both spoken and written)


The ideal candidate will be responsible for all accounting, financial and taxation matters of the Company. -Areas of responsibilities include the management of the financial operating activities, preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecast, Company taxation, cashflow management and reporting, statutory audits.
